Open the Tamil Nadu land records e-service, select your district, taluk and village, then enter the survey number or patta number. You will see the owner name, extent and land classification. If you would rather not do it yourself, our EC / FMB & Patta service fetches verified records for you.

An EC lists the registered transactions on a property — sales and mortgages — over a chosen period. Buyers use it to confirm there are no undisclosed loans or transfers before paying. We recommend searching 13 to 30 years and reading it alongside a legal opinion.

Turnaround depends on the document and the issuing office. Once you place a request through the Certified Copy service, we confirm the details, process it and notify you when the copy is ready to download. You can track the status any time under My Orders.

DGPS fixes exact boundary corners to centimetre accuracy — ideal for disputes and survey stones. A drone maps large areas quickly and captures topography. For a single plot boundary, choose DGPS; for large or hilly land, a drone survey often works best, sometimes combined with DGPS ground points.

The FMB (Field Measurement Book) sketch shows the shape and measurements of a survey field. You can request it through our FMB & Patta service; we retrieve the sketch for your survey number and deliver it in a downloadable format.

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Every order generates a record you can review under My Orders, so you always have proof of what you paid for and when.

Go to My Orders from your account to see every request you have placed, its current status and any documents ready to download. You will also receive updates in Notifications as each order progresses.
